Adults\/teens classes are open to participants of all levels, ages 13 & up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesday<\/strong> – 6:30 pm – Studio\/Zoom – All Levels <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursday<\/strong> – 6:30 pm – Studio – All levels Music & Special Topic (Roda 1st & 3rd Thursdays)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday <\/strong>– 6:00 pm – Studio, All levels, 6:30 pm – Park, All levels<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday<\/strong> – 12:00 pm – All levels, Acrobatics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our adults\/teens classes are a great way to get in shape while having fun and meeting new people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t have to be flexible, fit, or coordinated to participate. We have beginners classes, all levels classes, intermediate and advanced level classes, to meet the needs of all of our students\u2019 ages and abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you are looking for a unique way to work out, learn more about Brazilian culture, self-defense, be more connected to your community, or just to have fun with good people, capoeira could be the perfect fit for you. It has a little something for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
